BDR FITNESS
Led by former NRL player Dave Shillington, Prime Effect focuses on mental fitness, resilience, and emotional well-being, equipping students with the tools to manage stress and build confidence for life and work.
Guided by Brendan Rashleigh, BDR Fitness promotes leadership, teamwork, and healthy living through fitness programs. Students gain practical skills and cultivate responsibility, helping them thrive in all aspects of life.

To join our SLES Program and start crafting your career, you’ll need to meet a few key requirements. Think of these as the starting conditions to begin your game:

You need to have an active NDIS plan to access our program and resources.
You should be in the process of leaving school or have recently left and aged between 15 and 22 years old.
Your aim should be to find a job or continue with education after leaving school.
