A reliable and unrestricted internet connection is essential for accessing Prestige Service Training’s online learning system, Learning Lab. Basic computer literacy and access to a computer with up-to-date software, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Reader (or similar programs). Online students should also have a functional camera and microphone for Virtual Classroom participation. These IT resources are available at all Prestige Service Training campus locations. Applicants should be capable of recording their participation, such as filming role play scenarios, to serve as assessment evidence.
