Enrolment and Eligibility Information
To enrol with Prestige Service Training, applicants must have completed year 10, or equivalent, by the course start date, demonstrating sound English proficiency. Confirmation of enrolment involves successfully completing the Language, Literacy and Numeracy and Digital (LLND) Assessment, sent via email during the enrolment process. Additionally, a Unique Student Identifier (USI) and sufficient proof of identity are necessary for enrolment confirmation. A reliable and unrestricted internet connection is essential for accessing Prestige Service Training’s online learning system, Learning Lab. Basic computer literacy and access to a computer with up-to-date software, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Reader (or similar programs). Online students should also have a functional camera and microphone for Virtual Classroom participation. These IT resources are available at all Prestige Service Training campus locations. Applicants should be capable of recording their participation, such as filming role play scenarios, to serve as assessment evidence.
Delivery
The Diploma of Business is offered in a variety of delivery methods to suit your individual needs and preferences.
- At your school: If your school is offering the Diploma of Business, you can choose to take it as one of your timetable subjects. This means you can study the Diploma alongside your other school subjects. You will typically have three 1-hour classes per week.
- At our campus: If your school is not offering the Diploma of Business, or you would prefer the flexibility of studying after school hours, you can attend our Southport campus for one 2-hour class per week. This option is a good choice for students who want to be able to interact with their classmates and teachers in person.
- Virtual: If you are looking for even more flexibility in the way you study, you can attend one 2-hour lesson per week in our virtual classroom. Embrace the convenience of online learning through our virtual classroom. Our virtual learning platform brings the classroom to you. Access course materials, participate in engaging discussions, and collaborate with fellow students from the comfort of your home after school hours.
